In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order caused by us or our courier we will promptly replace at our expense or refund cost in full.
Quibble free returns on stock items. If for any reason you change your mind about any stock item purchased, simply return them to us in good condition within 28 days for a refund (less any shipping costs).
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns on any custom made or bespoke printed box.
